2. User Eligibility & Accounts
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our services. Users aged 13-17 may use our services with parental consent and supervision.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security
You agree to notify ultraTravelSim immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account.
3. eSIM Products & Services
Product Description
ultraTravelSim provides eSIM (embedded SIM) technology that enables mobile connectivity without physical SIM cards. Each eSIM plan includes specified data allowance, validity period, and coverage areas.
Activation & Usage
- eSIMs can only be activated on compatible devices
- One eSIM per device unless device supports dual eSIM functionality
- Activation occurs upon successful download and profile configuration
- Data usage limits are non-transferable and non-refundable
- Expired eSIMs cannot be reactivated; new purchase required
Service Limitations
ultraTravelSim is a supplemental connectivity service. Coverage and speeds vary by location and local network operators. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, emergency services access, or specific download/upload speeds.
Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Share, resell, or transfer eSIM plans to other users
- Use eSIMs for commercial bulk messaging or automated services
- Circumvent data limits or modify IMSI/ICCID information
- Use eSIMs for illegal activities or content distribution
4. Payment & Billing
Pricing & Payment
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Applicable taxes and fees will be added at checkout
- Payment must be completed before eSIM activation
- We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payment methods
Billing Disputes
If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 60 days of the transaction. We will investigate and respond within 30 days. Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions will be addressed in accordance with payment processor policies.
Refund Policy
eSIM purchases are generally non-refundable after activation. Refunds for unused eSIMs may be issued at our discretion within 90 days of purchase. Technical failures preventing activation may qualify for replacement or partial refund.
Cancellation
You may cancel unused plans before activation. Activated plans cannot be canceled and purchased data cannot be refunded. Cancellation must be requested through your account or by contacting support.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ultraTravelSim services:
- For any illegal activities or to violate any laws
- To transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- To harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- To spam, distribute unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing
- To circumvent security measures or unauthorized access to systems
- To reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our services
- To interfere with or disrupt service availability
- For activities that infringe on intellectual property rights
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: ultraTravelSim, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or connectivity failures
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of user data
- Third-party claims or external network failures
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question or $100, whichever is greater.

ultraTravelSim services are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We disclaim:
